A Human Experience Design Strategist. My process begin where true innovation takes root: not with solutions, but with the way we see. My role is to surface the blind spots—those quiet patterns of thought, unmet desires, and overlooked tensions that shape how people make sense of their world. I work to reshape understanding, not just to fix problems, but to question what counts as the problem in the first place.

By challenging inherited narratives and reframing the context, I help organisations discover opportunities they didn’t know they were missing. This means moving beyond assumptions and listening for the deeper signals beneath the noise—through disciplined curiosity, inclusive dialogue, and open-ended inquiry. It’s not about faster fixes or smarter tech. It’s about building systems of meaning that connect with the full richness of human experience.

No shortcuts. No clichés. Just new ways of seeing—and designing—that lead to more resonant, more responsible futures.

Over years, I’ve honed methods to:

  • Map hidden friction in user journeys by decoding emotional and cognitive dissonance,
  • Align engineers, PMs, and stakeholders around why certain problems persist—not just how to “fix” them,
  • Embed equity by designing for cognitive diversity—because exclusion is often a failure of perspective, not intent.
